Auto Complete Usage:

Type in employee number "3331" and find Helen Conner or type in Helen and find her employee number. The auto complete items for this textbox can be dynamically set to allow for the relevant data to appear as you type. Allowing for the user to have a correct since of what kind of data should be entered as well as shortening entry time by completing the entry when data is available. It allows for mid-string detection so if the number format relevant the department an employee was in by using the first number you could type #3 and return all names for department 3.
